  • Point Chevalier RSA 1136 Great North Road Auckland, Auckland, 1022 New Zealand (map)

The Club is delighted to welcome back two of NZ's finest jazz musicians- PHIL BROADHURST & JULIE MASON, after their year's sabbatical based in Paris. They have many adventures to report- both musical and travel-wise, and have spent a year feasting on the finest of American & European Jazz Musicians at all the top jazz clubs in Paris, along with some great festivals. Their performances have taken them from Ronnie Scott's (London) to The Bb Bar (Berlin) and from Paris to the South of France, and their listening from American Jazz Greats such as Eliane Elias, Pat Metheny and Dianne Reeves, to European Jazz Greats such as Enrico Pieranunzi and Jan Garbarek.

Julie & Phil return with renewed enthusiasm and vigour, and both have exciting projects lined up for 2018! In the meantime, they will be bringing you an appetising mix of tunes from the GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK- so be prepared for some favourite Gershwin, Jerome Kern, Cole Porter and many other songs by top American composers, with the following line-up:
