Next Offramp is an 11-voice, Auckland, contemporary a cappella vocal group that was formed
in 2009 under the direction of Wendy Moore.

Their eclectic repertoire is a mix of popular songs, along with some wonderfully obscure gems
that blur the lines between pop, jazz and folk. Next Offramp has been described as “edgy”, with
tight rhythms, fresh harmonies and groove, plus plenty of energy and heart.

Wendy is the primary arranger, but other members have also written several for the group.

Wendy’s early musical training was as a classical violinist for 15 years and later as a
performing jazz/pop singer in Australia, USA and New Zealand.

The Lindy Tops

The Lindy Tops are an Auckland based swing band originally formed in 2016 with the purpose of providing swing dancers with a quality dance band. The name is a play on the term ‘Lindy Hop” which was a popular form of swing dancing from the big band era. Since forming the Lindy Tops have performed at swing dance events and jazz gigs at various venues including Aotea Square, MOTAT, the Auckland Jazz and Blues Club, and the Hamilton Gardens; along with private weddings and functions. The band features a talented line up of young musicians, all who play in various other jazz ensembles and bands around Auckland. They have an extensive repertoire of classic jazz standards, bossa and latin from the 1920s through to the 1950s, and a swinging style that is sure to get your toes tapping. Let The Lindy Tops entertain you with their superb arrangements of jazz standards and swing tunes.
